Rachel offers one-on-one nutrition consulting and wellness packages. She believes we are all uniquely different, and embraces concepts of integrative health and functional nutrition to help people develop plans to meet their wellness goals.
Through the Dirty Nutrition Series, Rachel offers classes and workshops on food, nutrition and wellness.
Through her work with non-profit organizations, Rachel helps to support local farmers and food production, and land conservation. Living Heirloom Project strives to protect and strengthen the health of our communities, soils, water, and ecosystems.
